Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns requested after the 14 days cooling off period will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from any refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, original shipping costs are non refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Watch Protection Kits

Before placing your order, please check the model number of your watch and make sure this matches with the corresponding kit for which it is intended. If you are not sure, or have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

Any watch kits that are returned as a result of the watch kit not corresponding to the correct watch or being mistaken to be a watch will be subject to original postage deductions.

Please familiarise yourself with each watch kit description and its contents before proceeding to purchase, as it may differ from the Tier 1 Full Set and Tier 2 Half Set descriptions. Failure to do so and returning of the kit, would be subject to original postage deductions. 

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

We recommend insuring your return and that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that arrive damaged or fail to arrive. 

International Returns 

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount as well as original postage deductions. 

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged

We’re very sorry you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please use the dedicated contact form here to let us know the issue. Please fill in your Name, Order Number, a Brief Message and also at least 2 pictures of the issue and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
