We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once we've dispatched your order, we will email you confirmation of this.

We offer free Tracked 48 Royal Mail service across the UK. We also offer Express Tracked 24 service for £6.50 

We charge a flat rate of £5.00 for all orders under £69 and free delivery for orders over £75 within Europe and aim to have your order delivered to you in 3-7 working days.

For international orders outside of Europe, we offer free standard shipping for orders over £75. We charge a flat rate of £10.00 for all orders under £74.

We also offer express delivery via DHL Express for selected locations which we aim to deliver to you within 2-4 working days.

You may be liable for additional duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these and they are normally charged directly through the delivery courier in your home country. Failure to pay these, may result in your parcel being sent back to us.

Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us your full and correct address, including any apartment/flat numbers. Should your parcel not be delivered due to incorrect or missed out information, you will be subject to postage charges on re-issue or deducted the original postage charges on refund. 

We're cutting down on our environmental impact. If you buy more than one item, we'll put everything in one box instead of several. This helps us significantly reduce our carbon footprint. If you require more than 1 box, please state this in the notes section on the checkout page
