Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) and 11:00 AM (Sat) are dispatched the same day, ensuring fast delivery. Please note, national holidays may impact this service.
UK Shipping:
- Free standard delivery via Evri.
- Express Evri Next Day Delivery: £6.50.
- Evri Pickup Point option available.
Europe Shipping:
- Free delivery for orders over £75 (3-7 working days).
- Flat £5 fee for orders under £74.99
- DHL Express available (2-3 working days)
International Shipping:
- Free delivery for orders over £75 (5-7 working days).
- Flat £10 fee for orders under £74.99
- DHL Express available for selected locations (2-4 working days).
EU Taxes & Duties:
- Orders up to 150 EUR include taxes collected at checkout.
- Orders above 150 EUR may incur customs/duties payable upon entry, which are the customer’s responsibility. Failure to pay may result in the parcel being returned.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including flat/apartment numbers. Incorrect details may result in additional postage charges for re-delivery or deducted refunds.
To reduce our environmental impact, we combine multiple items into one box. If you need separate boxes, let us know in the checkout notes.
Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (The Watch Protect Company) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address.
After receiving your order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.
Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
